Country by country Google Ads that turn search demand into distributor leads, built on the model already working in Australia.
What changes when ads match how each market actually searches
Live Google search demand per market, in English and the local language · August 2026
The account review showed the same English ads running in every country. The research below shows why that could never work. In four of the six markets researched, most searches for this category happen in the local language, where English ads are never seen.
The spend history proves it. Thailand cost $865 per lead because Thai searches outnumber English ten to one. Japan spent $1,047 for zero leads in a market that searches almost entirely in Japanese. India searches in English, and delivered leads at $29.
Google enforces this. Ads are matched to the language of the search, and ads with matching pages rank higher and cost less. This is why every market gets its own campaigns, in the language its buyers use. It is not a nice to have. It is the reason the old campaigns failed.
Local language clicks cost cents because almost nobody bids on them. Prestan already has brand searches waiting in Indonesia and India today. This demand sits on top of the English opportunity in the account review.
Every market drops into one of two repeatable models. The research decides which.
India, Malaysia, the Philippines, the UK and similar markets.
Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East (Arabic, with right to left pages).
Local language countries cost more because the work is done natively. Keyword research, ad copy and the landing page are built in the local language and verified by a native speaker, not translated from English.
The foundation comes first. Before anything scales, tracking is rebuilt so leads are counted correctly, the account bids for leads, and every handoff records which country and distributor received it.
The program works either way. This is simply an option on the table.
Consistency across regions is exactly what the microsite project is trying to achieve. This is one more way to get there, offered without any pressure to take it.
One base rate, then add countries. Build your own program below.
| Component | Monthly | One time setup |
|---|---|---|
| Base · tracking, measurement, global brand search, live monthly report | $1,500 | included |
| English search country · each | $400 | $600 |
| Local language country · each, local language landing page included | $600 | $900 |
| Multi country discount · 3 to 4 countries | 10% off country fees | 20% off |
| Multi country discount · 5 to 6 countries | 20% off country fees | 30% off |
| Multi country discount · 7 or more | 25% off country fees | 30% off |
The more markets running, the less each one costs. Shared templates, workflows and learnings across markets are real economies of scale, and the discount passes them on. The setup discount is set by the size of the committed program, so launching in phases never costs you the discount, and the monthly rate adjusts with the number of markets running at the time. We recommend launching markets in phases rather than all at once, it is how every market gets proper attention. Ad spend is separate and paid by Prestan directly to Google, typically $300 to $800 per country per month at launch.
Fast wins first, local language builds behind them
Tracking rebuilt. Brand search live everywhere. English search countries launched, catching the English demand and the Prestan brand searches already waiting.
Native research, translated and verified campaigns, and local language landing pages produced market by market, then launched on tight budgets.
Budget follows proven cost per lead. One live report shows every market side by side. New countries are added when the results earn them.
One number leads every report, enquiries delivered to your distributors and the cost of each. The report is a live link, same as the Australian program, so the whole team reads from the same page.
